To simplify it a bit, this refers to a trans woman, which is also known as trans-woman or transwoman who were assigned the male gender when they were born. A T-girl is, basically, a man who is living as a woman. It is an acronym, abbreviation or slang term for these individuals because it is much shorter to say. Men who were assigned the gender of male at birth begin to feel different at some point in their lives. This can happen at any age but usually there are signs early on that these men feel as if they are women trapped in men’s bodies. That is why they seek some real world answers as to what they can do to feel at peace with themselves. Once the decision is made to become the wonderful female that they have carried inside most of their lives; there probably should not even have to separate them from the rest of the pack.
